What is NUI?

Novell Users International (NUI) has evolved from the need for IT professionals to have an organization that keeps them up to date on rapid technological advances. Your local chapter and the NUI virtual community offer educational, networking and social events that help its members manage their careers, reap the benefits that come with being a trained professional in this highly specialized and complex field and have a little fun too! What is eDirectory?

Sun's StarOffice suite is available for Wintel, Linux/Unix and is compatible with common file formats used today in business. Files created using StarOffice for Wintel or competing products are easily read or modified using StarOffice for Linux/Unix environment.

An open source version of StarOffice 6.0 is available for download from Openoffice.org from various servers worldwide. Openoffice allows you to read and write common .doc, xls, .ppt, graphic files and much more
